Sergio Benocci

CEO

Graduated in business, he has grown as a manager and entrepreneur in the renewable energy, utilities and real estate sectors for over 20 years.

In 2010 he was co-founder of the international green IPP Building Energy, developing transversal skills from the origination of projects to the execution of complex transactions, management of M&A processes, fundraising and business development.

Lover of nature and outdoor sports, he has always been looking for new opportunities to promote cohesion between humans and the environment.

He is founder and President of En-Able and Managing Partner of the solar development company Greenfield Renewables.

Matteo Ballini

CFO

Graduated in entrepreneurship and real estate in the United States, upon returning to Italy, after various experiences in the manufacturing sector, he immediately approached the world of renewable energy.

From 2018 to 2020 he worked in London on the development and construction of photovoltaic and wind projects in Europe and North America before returning to Italy as CFO of a renewable energy development company.

Passionate of travel and sailing, he has always been fascinated by nature and the ability of its elements to transform.

He is the founder and chief financial officer of En-Able, with a focus on the group’s M&A operations.

Carmine Fioravante

CTO

Graduated in Civil Engineering, sepcialized in hydraulics, he worked in the design and management of construction works of hydroelectric power plants.

For over 15 years he has personally managed the authorization processes in the renewable energy sector with particular focus on solar, hydroelectric and wind power.

Nature has always fascinated him, and for him water is the element that best expresses its power. He chose to work in the field of renewable energy to make his contribution to protecting the environment.

He is founder of En-Able where he serves as chief technical officer and manages the engineering and permitting division.

Matteo Racchelli

COO

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering, he already approached the field of hydroelectric energy during his studies.

He firstly worked in the automotive field before acting as project manager for a company producing turn- key renewable source systems.

Over the next 10 years, he gained solid international experience in the development and management of hydroelectric and wind projects for an international IPP.

Always fascinated by technological innovations at the service of the environment, for him work is deeply connected to nature and to improving the quality of life.

He is one of the founding members of En-Able of which he is COO.
